Students with high potential and low financial resources can apply for Mirpuri Foundation support to pay for their training with reimbursement over time once they are employed. This program applies no only to pilots and flight attendants, but also to engineers, ground operations officers and flight dispatchers.
The airline Hi Fly, owned by Mirpuri Investments, got its ATO approval as a training organization in 2016 with training facilities at the Hi Fly Building located in Lisbon as well as in the Group buildings at Lisbon Airport. Mirpuri Foundation is the main sponsor of the Hi Fly Academy, which employs EASA Certified Flight and Cabin Instructors to teach students on a wide range of topics to prepare them for their certification as an Airbus pilot or flight attendant.
