Mal Sandford branded his V8 sports car with the Mirpuri Foundation’s logo to take part in the prestigious competition 24 Hours of Le Mans, on 16th of June, showing once again his supporting for the organization’s values and mission.
The Aston Martin Vantage GT4 with 450 horsepower ran in the Aston Martin Festival race that opened the 24-hour championship. Under the eyes of a crowd of over 250,000 people, months of preparation and training were reflected on track as Mal Sandford competed as a single driver, i.e never exchanging the car pilot.
As an active ambassador, Mal Sandford has been amplifying the Mirpuri Foundation’s work for a better world throughout the sports car tournaments around the world. After Silverstone, Spa and Paul Ricard, the time has now come to do it at one of the oldest and most prestigious automobile events on earth. Held annually since 1923 in the city of Le Mans, France, it is often called the “The Grand Prix of Endurance and Efficiency”.
