HRH Princess Laurentien of the Netherlands met with the Mirpuri Foundation’s President Paulo Mirpuri at the “Turn the Tide on Plastic” team base during the Volvo Ocean Race final stopover in The Hague.

The meeting focused on the future of our planet as the Princess shares the foundation’s mission to create a better world for future generations. Both parties aim to leave a positive and lasting impact and believe that it can only be achieved through joint efforts and powerful partnerships.

The Princess leads Fauna & Flora International as its President. As the world’s oldest international wildlife conservation charity, the organization is currently managing 150 projects across 47 countries within the scope of terrestrial and marine environment protection.
