The airline Hi Fly, owned by Mirpuri Investments, received its ATO approval as a training organization in 2016 with training facilities at the Hi Fly Building located in Lisbon, as well as in the Group buildings at Lisbon Airport.
The Mirpuri Foundation is the main sponsor of the Hi Fly Academy, which employs EASA Certified Flight and Cabin Instructors to teach students on a wide range of topics to prepare them for their certification as Airbus pilots or flight attendants.
Students demonstrating high potential and low financial resources may apply for Mirpuri Foundation support to pay for their training. Financing may be reimbursed over time once they are employed.
This program applies not only to pilots and flight attendants, but also to engineers, ground operations officers and flight dispatchers.
