As a big supporter of the Mirpuri Foundation’s work, the Australian businessman Mal Sandford joined the Silverstone Race this Sunday with his branded race car.
The Aston Martin Vantage GT4 already had the Mirpuri Foundation’s branding on it and this time it also included the UN Environment Clean Seas logo, in order to spread the sustainability message carried by the non-profit organization in the 2017-18 Volvo Ocean Race.
With over 5000 spectators, the car ended up 4th in its class and 6th in the overall race. It also picked up the trophy of “Driver of the Weekend”.
The Mirpuri Foundation – Clean Seas branded car will race once again in two weeks at Brands Hatch in the United Kingdom, further promoting the cause and the Mirpuri Foundation’s work.
